Slow yet surely: Prayers Answered

It's taken a year to get into my head, but things I prayed for in the chapel @ PA Hospital, Brisbane, are managing to work themselves out and change my life. I guess by asking for others to pray for you does in fact work!

I prayed for an end to my constant use and abuse of drugs, though while I'm still in that culture, I strongly desire change.

I prayed to grow in love for God and His Church: now if I miss going to mass for one Sunday, I truly miss having not gone.

I prayed for many things, including a desire to love Mary more with the respect and love she deserves. That too I am slowly yet surely realise to be coming true.

Though it's been quite some time since I've written in this blog, hopefully in time I will focus more love and attention on it.

Thanks for those who prayed for these and various other intentions. I'll never know who was praying: only God knows that answer! I do know that those who likely prayed for me I will likely never see again, all the nice older ladies in Brisbane whilst I was in hospital this time last year!
